No. After redeeming your reward points, they are turned into a reward code. If you are unable to use the reward code when you redeemed your points due to a site-wide promo, or because it cannot apply to subscription orders, your code can still be used for purchases at another time. Just copy and paste the code during future checkout to redeem the discount. 

You will also be emailed your reward code so you can save that email and have access to the reward code.
