For orders that have been marked as delivered but were not received, we ask for your help in a few ways.1) As frustrating as it can be, please note that most packages either show up late or are temporarily held up in local transit. Sometimes shipping carriers mark an item as delivered early, and it may not arrive for a couple more days.2) Please look around your property to see if your package was tucked away out of sight by your delivery driver. Please check all entrances or mail reception areas, if applicable.3) If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered to a parcel locker, please reach out to the USPS delivery person for the key to the correct locker.If you still haven&apos;t received your order in 2 more business days, please reach out to glowteam@averraglow.com
