How do I sign up for rewards?

On the bottom lefthand side of our website is a pink button that says REWARDS. Click this to sign up, and to log in to your account. You will need to create a password.

Can I use more than one reward code per order?

You may use one reward per order. Rewards cannot be combined with a site-wide promo, or with any other promo codes. Reward codes may not be used with subscriptions, which are already discounted. You may redeem in the following increments:. 500 points

Where can I find out how many points I have and do my points expire?

Log into your account and it will show you your points balance on the very bottom, after scrolling past all of your orders. You can also view your points balance by clicking on the pink Rewards button on the bottom left hand side of our website. Poin

I redeemed my points and could not use them due to a sale. Did I lose my points?

No. After redeeming your reward points, they are turned into a reward code. If you are unable to use the reward code when you redeemed your points due to a site-wide promo, or because it cannot apply to subscription orders, your code can still be use
