If you've used all of the products in the Clear Skin Kit consistently, giving it an honest try and you're not seeing the improvement you hoped for, we'll refund your purchase—even if you've used every last drop.
Here is how it works:
Simply email [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your qualifying order. (Clear Skin or Clear Skin Essential Kit) Tell us how they worked for your skin, and what didn’t work. Your feedback helps us continue improving our formulas.
No need to return the products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Standard Returns
Because our skincare is handcrafted in small batches, all other purchases are considered final sale.
If your shipping box has not been opened and remains factory sealed, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery.
To request authorization, email [email protected] and include a photo of the unopened, sealed shipping box.
Once approved:
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products must remain unopened and unused.
